(1) RETAIL ADVISORS

  • To assist the Retail Manager in managing daily store operations including inventory control, merchandising display, customer service and executing promotional events
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a retail environment
  • Able to perform shift duties and work on weekends

(2) RETAIL ASSISTANTS (PERMANENT/TEMPORARY)

  • Effectively bilingual
  • Able to perform shift duties and work on weekends & public holidays
  • Preferably with cashiering experience

(3) ADVERTISING EXECUTIVE (PERMANENT)

  • Co-ordinate & liaise with design house and in-house departments on advertising jobs
  • Vetting of posters, advertisements and mailers
  • Planning of production schedule and booking of advertisements
  • Monitor and co-ordinate advertising deadlines
  • Knowledge of BTL, ATL and digital media is an added advantage
  • Handle administrative works for advertising
  • Able to manage heavy workflow efficiently and well-organized
  • Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of advertising materials
  • Team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferably 2-3 years of relevant experience in advertising and printing firm

(4) DIGITAL EXECUTIVE (PERMANENT)

  • Website contents management: coordinate with internal departments on contents and artwork submission, upload to website timely
  • Liaise with developer on blog creation and vetting of articles on monthly basis
  • Liaise with agencies and merchandising departments on social media, Digital Signage, Website and online store advertising         
  • Co-ordinate with various departments on e-commerce logistic
  • Handle administrative works for digital advertising 
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in retail e-commerce operation, website and digital marketing platforms 
  • Computer literate in Microsoft office and able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadline
