Originating from Kumamoto Japan and first opened in 1968, Ajisen Ramen is famous for its white Tonkotsu broth, made by simmering pork bones for many hours – rich in collagen, a protein which is good for the skin. Briefly and lightly cooked, our noodles remain springy and smooth to taste.
